Amerfuel LLC has identified unauthorized use of its corporate name, executive representation, and commercial positioning in connection with activities carried out by the aforementioned parties.
Amerfuel LLC acknowledges that a prior Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) or exploratory commercial relationship may have existed with the above-mentioned parties. However, such relationship has been formally terminated and is no longer in effect.
As of this notice, no authority, representation rights, or commercial mandate of any kind is granted to Mr. Manuel Ponciano Alegría or PDI México.
Amerfuel LLC does not authorize these parties to:
• represent Amerfuel LLC in petroleum transactions
• negotiate fuel purchase or sale agreements on behalf of Amerfuel
• issue commercial documentation under Amerfuel’s name
• represent Amerfuel in negotiations with refineries, suppliers, or buyers
Any individual or entity receiving offers, documentation, SCOs, FCOs, ICPO requests, or financial solicitations referencing Amerfuel LLC through these parties is strongly advised to consider such communications as unauthorized.
Amerfuel LLC reserves all legal rights and is currently evaluating appropriate actions in connection with any unauthorized use of its name and corporate identity within the international petroleum trading industry.

Amerfuel LLC has become aware of the circulation of fraudulent commercial documentation in the international market, in which our company name, corporate identity, and executive representation are being used without authorization.
In particular, we have identified documentation referencing an entity operating under the name “CASPIY NEFT AO”, in which Amerfuel LLC is falsely presented as a participating party in a transaction. This includes the unauthorized use of our company details, executive name, and falsified signatures.
We hereby formally state the following:
• Amerfuel LLC has not issued, authorized, signed, or participated in any transaction related to the aforementioned documentation
• Any commercial instrument, invoice, contract, or communication bearing our name outside of our verified channels is null and void
• The use of non-corporate email addresses and unverified intermediaries is a clear indicator of fraudulent activity
